Vienna is not in Italy?

OK, I'm not joking.
A lot of time has spent since I've ordered Vienna Instruments Solo Strings at my music shop here in Italy (a large one!) and Midiware says it is not available.
Maybe it is better for you to change distributor!
They have delays and te prices are higher than average and your web-site.
No wonder in Italy they usually go for the cracked ones....
Help me to get it before Christmas!
