    I received my serial numbers for the extended licenses for Orch Strings I + II . When I go to the registration page both the Standard and Extended library serial numbers are asked for (blank boxes.) No matter what numbers I enter or don't enter I get "Registered to another user"

    Do I leave the Standard boxes empty and just fill in the extended? I've tried that but nothing works.

    dave, this was my mistake when setting the state of the serials given to you. but we've been able to iron that out meanwhile ... sorry again

    All is well. Turns out I'm using lots of L2 so my piece is back to normal with successful license download.
