    I emailed syncrosoft and they sent me the link to downgrade to version 4.7.6. According to the forum here, this seemed to be a more compatible version. I mentioned to them the myriad complaints in this forum about version 5.0.2. They said that they had not heard of many problems. I suggest people contact them to make them aware of the problems if you are still having syncrosoft issues.
