    But what do you mean when you speak of a "modified version" of crescendo/diminuendo plugin? You mean the crescendo/diminuendo plugin that uses CC7 (volume) or CC11 (expression) instead of velocity note/on for hairpins?
    Unfortunately, that plugin doesn't allow for undos!

    Yes you can edit the plugin and change the instruction to use CC7 to whatever you want. Do check in the sibelius tech chat page where this was discussed and there is continuing discussion about saving multiple copies of the cresc/dim plugin so you can use it as many times as you want for different xfade functions.

    I should make clear that I am not also using any other hardware midi controller like a midi keyboard. I am simply using Sibelius and the VI (via V-stack and maple midi cable).
