  • Guy-- Superb! Great sounding work!! Very alive and full of interest. How did you do the pitch bending of the flute? It's quite natural.

    Best,
    Jay

  • Beat-- Enjoyed listening to your performances as always. [[;)]] Are you doing anything special to the low end to keep it full but not muddy?

    Best,
    Jay

    Thanks!!

Very simple for the pitch bend, in map control select pitch, use wheel or other for source control, I try to not go beyond a quarter tone for a flute gliss.

  • Thanks Guy. Pitch wheel is something I just 'forget' to do in the mad rush. Doesn't take long buts adds so much humaness.

  • Amazing flute piece Guy!! [H] Sounds really really good and convincing.

    Gj all.

    Hi Jay
Thank you for your wonderfull and emotional French-Oboe.
Once I will study your midi files...
For this time I enhanced the doublebasses with the
    Harmonic Exiter (below 80Hz) See
    http://www.izotope.com/products/audio/ozone/exciter.html
It all depends which kind of speakers you have. Perhaps
it is too much or it's OK.

  • These are all really great. The flute and cello by Guy are wonderful compositions as well. I ordered the woodwinds yesterday. These just made me realize I made the right choice.
    Great work all!
