    I had a quick question...I'm trying to learn (aren't we all) how to use the VI...and I think there's just something I'm not getting about the library...I just can't get some things to work...I'm using the standard library right now...in this case, 3 Clarinets...I've done this in Logic...and it's just an eight-note gesture that sounds weird to me...it's like there's insufficient crossfading between samples...or release and note-on...anyway, I've posted a MIDI file and mp3 to my apple Idisk for anyone to download and take a quick look to see if there's something I'm doing wrong (like not enough overlap in MIDI events...or whatever else)...or if you get the same sounds using the same patches/midi file on your system. Also, this ONLY used the 46 Clarinets - a3, 11 Perf Interval Fast, -1 KL-3_perf-legato_fa patch...no others.

    my idisk is JRTRUMPET...the midi file and the mp3 are both named: "VSL Clarinet Question"

    Thanks so much Maya! I haven't had the time to REALLY learn to use this library like you all do, and am continuing to ask myself when I run into problems which are limitations of the instrument, and which are gaps in programming that I'm not getting done.
