License for extended Library - no confirmation

I purchased a license for the extended version of the Solo String Library and this is indicated in the Registered Products area on your website. However, I have received no confirmation E-mail with the codes and directions for putting the codes into the Vienna Key. Please advise as to what to do. Thanks.

Thanks for sending me the code via e-mail. I followed the directions for obtaining the permanent code from Synchrosoft and License Control Center reported success. However, when I open License Control Center it appears to state that I still have only a temporary license for the extended version. Please advise as to what to do now so that I have a permanent license.

Following your suggestion I again attempted to load the code you sent via e-mail. License Manager reported that this code was already in use - suggesting perhaps that I loaded it correctly the first time - and did not load the code I received on the website as you had thought I did. Whatever the case may be, I still have only a temporary license for the extended instruments in the VI solo string library. Please advise as to what the next step should be.

steven, my apologies - i have obviously selected the wrong line when copying the code.
i have resent everything and it should work now finally.
