    I bought the complete early bird library from Ilio and have received the first 5 libraries. However, I seem incapable of finding out how I purchase the extended library. I understand I have 30 days to play with it, but want to purchase it. Where do I go for this?

    It states

    "All products include Standard Library installation. Extended Library may be ordered by calling ILIO at (800) 747-4546, or by visiting the Vienna Symphonic Library website."

    But, it's not entirely true at this time. Last I looked, the EL codes could not be ordered on VSL's site. I called Ilio directly to start this process. It took a few days, but it worked.

    One thing that puzzles me is that I bought VI from a local vendor here in LA (not from Ilio) and wanted to get the EL codes at that time. He didn't seem to know anything about the Extended codes or prices, but two weeks later I get an e-mail from him with all of my EL prices, wanting to know when I wanted upgrade. This seemed odd because he told me that I couldn't order the Extended codes from him.

    It's been confusing for everyone, but call Ilio directly (Pacific Time). They are nice people and will take care of you.

    Thanks for the reply and explanation. I just ordered my codes from Brian at ILIO. I agree they have been great to deal with.

    Great-- you're on your way. I'd say to give them a call if you haven't heard from them by Monday or Tuesday-- just for an update.
