Sounds a bit like my studio. Monitor and keyboard in one room - machines and stuff in another. Just turn them on in the morning and forget about them (baring nothing crashes [:)])

As I said in the thread above - the website has changed to reflect the real shipping month. April. But maybe thats not what you mean?

Sorry for not changing the date on the website earlier, it was an oversight in the heat of wrapping up the next five products. Which is exactly what we're doing these days, getting them ready for manufacturing!

Concerning the harpe, you could have offer us some repetitions tool or perfect trilles…
That would have been a serious add-on for us.

Yes, there is a differing agreement, but I still would like to know the ETA of packages 6-10, as when I made the differing agreement, the date of shipping was March.

My dealer charged me more than 50% beacause he said, the 2nd package was less expensive than the first. So he charged me 150€ more (2358€ total) (upgrade price of course)

Fair point... I must say - that no matter when the packages are released, I simply dont get why you guys are so consistently silent about when we can expect things to ship. Nothing good can come of it - even if things ahve gine wrong, and it wont ship till three months its still best to say something. I honestly dont get it, and I'm quite curius about what your hoping to obtain with this strategy?

christian, this is not strategy, this is caution. i'm sure you've noticed the release date has been changed from march to april lately because some steps in the process need more time as expected.
especially the final QC takes a lot of time and only if we have the first copies of the pressed DVDs in our hands to check them one can be (almost) sure you will have them on your desk within a certain timeframe.

it even happened to us we had to repress a whole release which can take easily 3 weeks, so please understand we're sparing with statements until we can be sure to meet a date. it seems we can hold april though.

I understand how that sucks - beleive me. But would you beleive me that it sucks more to be in the dark? My point is that having an approximate release date that gets pushed back is better than no release date at all. [[:)]]

And yes I noticed it going from March to April - but I did not notice anyone other than myself mentioning it (i.e. someone from VSL). And that I dont get [[:)]]

Even if it's bad news it really would help to know. I'm restructuring my whole studio around these products, so at the moment I can't work. Well, I could but having seen the Holy Grail (repeated notes) in the Strings VI I really can't face the Performance Tool with the Brass.
