  • Installed 1.04 Mac and lost presets

    Hi All,

Just installed 1.04 AU, when I open a instance in Logic all the presets folders have now "drop down" arrows.

    Any ideas?

  • Hi All

Apologies, that should read NO "drop down arrows"

  • Hi,

what does it look like in the standalone version? Which LCC version are you using? Did it work before?

    Thanks, Paul

  • Same deal in the standalone as well, worked great in previous version, just slow load times. LCC is 5.0.0.1

  • Hi,

that´s probably the LCC 5.0.0.1, please visit

http://www.syncrosoft.com/downloads/licensecontcenter.html and follow the suggestions in the pdf to get your system running again.

    Best,

  • Have downgraded LCC successfully, but still no presets, in fact no Matrices, Patches or anything! in Logic or Standalone. Help!

  • Did you run the Directory Manager and assigned the instrument data folders once again?
Maybe a restart does the trick...

Have you upgraded your Logic lately? Then check the file permissions please.

Anything else you might have changed inbetween?

    Thanks, Paul

  • I had this same problem at first.

I removed all the files from Directory Manager and loaded them in again from scratch. That did the trick.

  • Thanks for all the advice. It is working now, but I now have 2 sets of folder icons in my Preset list, the one that have no sub folders and the "new" set which work as normal. Is there a way to get rid of these, are these folders "made" with the directory manager?

    Thanks again

  • Hi,

the directory manager shows the VI which folders it should integrate. I would unload all folders in the DM and assign them anew. Maybe you have assigned some empty folders?

    Hope that helps.
