library registration bugs or problems

Hi all of you dear members;

I've got a problem with the extended library(solo strings)
the vienna key is registered but each tilme i try registering the extended library I have this message (12) library serial numbers are from different collection or something like.
Any idea of what's going on; I'm into prgamming a string quartet and i'm very veryn late....

are you entering the Extended Code into the "Extended" field of the registering page?

If this is the case, please send an email with a detailed description of what happens (and with your Extended Serial Number) to support@vsl.co.at, we will look into that!
