VI start-up has become slow again

My VI takes about four minutes to start-up, stand-alone.
SYNSOPOS.exe seems to be the culprit.
Its loading on the CPU is up and down like a yo-yo between 5% and 40%, for about 4 minutes.

When I first installed VI it was much quicker.

Should I try re-installing the VI or the Syncoft apps?
Do I have to go through a re-registration process ?


And patch loading has again slowed. A simple sustain patch takes about 60 seconds.

It is on WinXP.
Build is 1.0 Jan 25

Also my standalone version now reports no licences installed. [:'(]
I have restarted the VI many times.
Synsoft still has a record of the licenses, and when I open it as a VST the libraries are visible thankfully.

Hi Drew,

I´d try and reboot your computer, assign and unassign your products in the Directory Manager and see what happens (I don´t know what you´ve done before or waht might have interfered, a restart is always a good way to make sure, that nothing came in the way).
