    I just ordered my Solo Strings Extended VI upgrade... Should have it in the 1st half of next week.....
    Looking forward to receiving it ! [:)]

    Now,
    I did not order a dongle : I indeed happen to have a spare syncrosoft key (it was in fact my steinberg halion's dongle, but I transfered the halion license from this dongle to my Cubase SX's, so now this key is empty and unused).
    ---
    I assumed it would be possible to use this dongle on my 2nd computer for the VI license...
    was I right or wrong ? [*-)]

    Yes, that should be fine. You should be able to download the licences as soon as you've registered. I'm not sure whether you get a Vienna key automatically or not, so hopefully someone official will chime in.

    this will work, only restriction is that you don´t have a demo mode on the Steinberg key...

    What confuses me: If you ordered the VI upgrade to the Extended Library, do you have the Standard Library already?

    That's your turn to confuse me GREATLY :
    I do not own any VI so far. I just own the Solo Strings Horizon library, so I naively ordered from Best Service, the full VI (extended) as an "upgrade" from the old sample library, to the "full" VI (so was my intention anyway).
    The price is €375, according to your calculator and to Best Service....
    Is there something I did not understand ?
    I already asked this question here, and I was under the impression that €375 would buy me the whole thing (VI interface, + standard + extended samples)....
    You scare me... What will I get really for that price ??

    Don't panic; you should have said that you ordered the full version of VI, not the Extended. Just a confusion of language [:)]
