Forget Vstack - can't even get one VI working??

Hi Paul,

I decided to leave the problem of both VStack and this one slave (thinking there is a possible driver issue with that PC's card - ASIO RME).

So I took another slave currently running GS with PE. Went through the whole process of installtion, key, etc. All is loaded correctly (chamber strings in this case).

I open up ONE VI - loaded a universal patch, can see both volume and midi activity on the VI but no sound back on the audio out (ADAT) of that PC. Again this computer gives me audio back out every day in GS.

As I can 'see' midi and audio activity in VI I know that is all working good. just getting no monitor of the audio signal.

Any suggestions. Man this has been a royal pain making this conversion from giga studio to the new VI. I just know it is going to be worth it - right??? [:'(]

Rob,
I'm not much of a techie, but is there a port out from the VI in VStack you need to activate? And have you assigned VI/ V Stack port out to your soundcard ports?
