    I need some help with my problem. I downloaded the newest version of the software and library installer, but both are not working. Everytime i want to install the software I come to the point where I have to choose the hard drive and get the message that I cannot install it there but I should first install the syncrosoft license control center, which I already did. I even registered the first instrument library on the website. So what is the problem? [:'(]

    Have you downloaded the license on your Vienna Key? Otherwise installation won´t work...

    Well, first I registered my vienna key, and then I registered the first library (orchestral strings1).I got the activation code and put it in the licence control center. i can see the first library under collection. Where do I get the actual license for the vienna key. Cannot find it on the website.

    I assume you work under Mac OS 10.3.x...

    Unfortunately, the minimum system requirement for our Software Installer and the Vienna Instruments themselves is Mac OS 10.4, this is why it only lets you write the files onto a harddrive with a Tiger system and the License Control Center on it.

    yes, I work under Mac OS 10.3.9
    thanks for your help. At least I know the problem now. Well, I guess I have to upgrade to Mac OS 10.4 then.
