    Dear VSL Team,

    I have registered both the Vienna Key and the 5 collections of the Vienna Instruments. Yet I only got activation codes for the latter, not the Key, and therefore the LCC still showed that my Vienna Key is limited to 180 starts only.

    Is that right because I haven't activated the extended library, or is there something wrong with it?

    arys, the key itself does not need an activation.
    the 180 starts will begin to count down everytime you open an interface (the GUI), load a collection or instrument.
    assuming you have already received the codes for your standard libraries you should add them to your ViennaKey using the LCC (license control center)

    Hi Christian,

    I have checked the LCC. For the installed collections, it shows 1 of max umlimited. But under "All Application" there's a line "Remaining Starts: 180". Is this right?

    i'd assume you neither did open the Vienna Instruments interface so far nor loaded a collection - if so, this is correct.
