    When you first launch VI, does your left pane report that licenses have been installed for libraries that haven't been released yet?

    Its becasue you have a demo license on the Vienna Key

    reason is that the name of available licenses are stored within the syncrosoft license control center and your ViennaKey comes witha 180 starts demo license for all applications (including those not released yet).
    depending on the version of the LCC this list might vary, here is mine as example
