    Hi Paul,

    Just got my first 5 packages. Was the video ready for proper installation? If it will be later than Tues FEB 28 - I'll take my chances on activating and installation. Just seem to be way too many posts of people having problems [:'(]

    Hi Rob,

    the videos are ready and will be uploaded soon. As the installation routine is the same for Mac and PC, I decided to go the fastest route on PC, please don´t be irritated by that.

    All installers have been updated in the meantime, and you will most probably have a smooth installation [:)]

    Hi,

    "uploaded soon" means that I wait for our IT guys who are quite busy... and the videos should be incorporated into our webpage properly.

    But there are 3 detailed guides that come with your box, so I´m sure you can make it without the help of a video as well.

    Please make sure that you download the latest versions of the installers from your user area.

    Har har [:D] - Like you, I really will not set them all up until all 10 titles are here. With projects breathing down my neck, I cannot afford to be down for even a day.


    Having said that, I'll probably load up the orch strings today on the last PC slave. Should have a break in 2 weeks - hoping the balance of titles arrive around then - then I'll just make the huge change on all PC's.

    we had little troubles with the User Area upload interface, (should be fixed tomorrow)
