Hi Nick,
My first assumption if the application does not start at all is that either your Vienna Key could not be properly plugged in or that you perhaps try to launch the VI from a partition where the License Control Center is not installed on.
Please put the Vienna Key in another USB plug - does that make any difference?
If you launch the License Control Center, is your Vienna Key recognized?
Also, please check your permissions on the harddrive(s) containing your VI content - these sometimes become scrambled for no apparent reason.
And finally, please try to open the Vienna Instruments Directory Manager and remove, then add again, all your folders containing the .dat files from your Vienna Instruments.
By the way, which version of the VI do you use? There are already updates available in the Download section of our website!
Please let me know wether this helped you solve the problem!
Best, Marnix
