    Has anybody made any experiments with the /3 gb memory switch
    and VI ?

    Would be nice to have 3 gb available for VI samples on one PC [:D]

    I will be testing some time over the next couple of weeks. However mine will be done via FX-Teleport, so I don't know how useful that will be to you.

    However, it won't be 3Gb; 2.7Gb is likely to be the maximum.

    I have just set up a Fx Teleport landscape myself, so your results will be very usefull indeed.
    btw I know that 3 gb is the full range and that you have to deduct for several applications - but say 2.7 Gbytes would still be a massive improvement over the the normal 2 gb setting, which leaves
    you with max. 1.7 gb.

    looking forward to hear about your experiments - I will probably get
    the first VI packages this week, so maybe I'll just buy the extra ram and
    experiment too.
