    I have ordered and payed the ext.version. But the serial in the Box is only capable to register the standard version.
    Since I dont want to use the Vienna Key but the Steinberg-Dongles of 3 different Cubaseinstallations (SX,SL, SE - no upgrades!) in 3 different PC's I fear I even wont get any Demolicens at all.

    So let me know how to sucessfully install, what I had purchased und received now!

    Hi Steffen,

    you've ordered the Extended version during our early bird offer period?
    In this case you should have recieved a pdf document with the codes for the Extended library. In the box only the Standard Libtrary codes are included.

    I've ordered ext.vers. early bird offer via Best Service but didn't received any extra codes at all!
    So I wonder if Sabine would be responsibleforthat, but I will mail her in anyway.

    The early bird Extended Library codes are sent through VSL.
    Sabine will check it out for you.

    steffen, i just had a look into the list who needs extended codes but unfortunately your name is missing ...
    anyway, we can solve the issue sending you demo codes and clear details during next week - please register your other collections too, codes for solo & chamber are sent to your registered email address

    Wow, I didn't expected that you cleared that issue that fast at weekend.

    First I feared another change of Mails between best service, VSL and me for the next week. But now it was not much more than an hour until you verified my ordered version and finaly sent me the real ext- codes.
