In the past I had a few times to contact VSL support for small issues and I always got a fast reply (within the same day).
This time I sent them a message about VI ordering 4 days ago and am still waiting for the answer...
Is VSL support no longer what it was... or are they currently THAT busy ?

In fact I requested some clarification about
- pricing (how much it would cost me to upgrade my Solo Strings lib to the full Solo Strings VI... I assume it's €375 but I'm not sure)
- ordering : I did try and pre-order the Solo Strings VI on VSL shop, but I'm just offered an option for the regular lib at €345... No upgrade path (hence my confusion).
Will somebody know and help ?
