    When using a repetition patch, what happens if I play two different tones but over and over again - like the shark theme from Jaws. Does it play the same two notes, or does it keep alternating? In other words does the sample onlt alternate when I play the same note repeatedly?

    Does the question make sense?

    Am I right that in universal mode it detects when repetitions are needed?

    Hi Christian,

    the repetitions keep alternating, even if you play two (or more) different notes in a repetitive pattern. Only if the pause between two repetitions of the same pitch is too large for a repetition of that speed, it starts with sample #1 again, so the pattern repetition would have to be pretty fast if you use a fast staccato patch.
