I am not a PC/Windows expert,since I run a Mac by preference.However,things have been relatively trouble free,until I downloaded the Performance Tool.I unzipped it with Win Zip and proceeded to install,but every time I attempt the the operation I'm greeted with the error 1316.A network error has occured...blah,blah.Why is this happening?Can anyone help,please?I've downloaded it again with no success,and even stayed connected to the net whilst attempting the intallation,with no luck.I'm running XP,by the way.Thanks in advance if someone can help...
