    Hi,

    I'm having some difficulty installing some of the "cube" files. I did not have any problem installing the performance set. Specifically:

    When inserting percussion disc #1, I get an error: "smart plugin fault report" -- Drive IDE DVD-ROM 16x - bad serial number is reporting. Partition percentage use has exceeded 90%"

    I can not access any data on this disc (on my xp machine)

    Additionally, 2 files on brass & woodwinds disc 1 fail, as well as 1 file on Strings #1.

    All other discs load just fine.

    My temp solution is to mount the disc on my server then copy the files to a local HD, then copy them over to the XP machine... my server will not allow a DVD to be available to the network (mac osx server).

    Can I send these discs back and swap them out? Contact ILIO or your office?

    Of course you will get new discs, if they are damaged.
    But first I would suggest to clean the discs and using a cleaning dvd for your dvd drive. In most cases the problems were solved.

    Generally copy problems could appear on the second dvd layer, here little dust could cause such error massages.
