    dave, whereas we offer the Vienna Organ (bonus instrument) as goodie for users who pre-order the symphonic cube, there isn't such a *early bird bonus* for single collections.
    therefore we thought it makes sense to enable the *buy now* button for these only after they are available and ready to be delivered.
