    Wow, out of the blue - 3 manuals arrived today! 4th will come soon.

    I knew there was a reason I liked this company - others could learn a thing or two about the professionalism and customer service that is being shown here.

    I was wondering... Who is sending the manuals? Is it VSL directly? Is it ILIO? Or is it your dealer?

    If you have purchased your copy of the Vienna Symphonic Library through a dealer and you have not registered the products on our website (http://www.vsl.co.at/user), nobody knows where to send the manuals to! So please register at our site, and if you don't receive the manuals because of some mistake, please contact the appropriate distributor in your territory (e.g. ILIO for the U.S. and Canada), since the manuals are sent by our international distributors.

    Yeah - I bought my VSL from Time & Space - the UK distributer. The manuals came from those guys...

    ILIO is still packing and sending out the manuals, it's really a lot of work (you will see when you get the manuals, they're heavy!) and it's time consuming, especially at a time where all the backorders for the EXS version have to be fulfilled too. I know that they haven't sent out all the manuals yet. Please give them a little bit more time... [;)]

    Got 3 manuals yesterday, I like the new-print smell [:D] and the printing quality is far better than the Gigastudio manual, which fell into pieces only by looking at it...

    I'm jumping up and down of joy! Thanks! Waiting eagerly for the Performance set manual to arrive! [:D]
