    Hi,

    Why can't we have this templates and .art files ? I bought my copy from Ilio.

    I have learned that you rarely get breaks when buying directly from Ilio as they don't wish to undercut their distributers. Unless being the first one on the block is important to you I would buy from one of their distributers first with future products.

    Please don't feel I I am trying to rub this in as it isn't my intention. I have a relation with Peter having bought a few things from him including VSL. When he said he gave support to the VSL library, like so many products I have bought in the past (not from Truspec) I said to myself.... yawn..... big deal. I have started to receive support from Truspec, which I didn't even ask for. The stuff just comes and it's really great. At this time I feel fortunate that I didn't make my purchase based on price alone. The xtras I am receiving are stuff that you just don't get from a normal salesman. When Peter said he gives support, it goes beyond the phone call to him asking "how do you run this?". The files and info he sent are greatly appreciated (and useful I must say).

    I appreciate your good words! We really want you and other customers reasons to order from Truespec beyond price/free ground shipping.

    To do that, my commitment is to fully support VSL customers with practical quick start training rooted in orchestration, production, and swift application of the Performance tool.

    Having spent 3 years as the late Henry Mancini's computer tech, while also running Alexander Publishing, I'm doing for each composer as I would do for Hank: make it simple, quick and immediate. In other words, NOW!

    So thank you again for your public affirmation, it made my Easter Weekend! (And Caroline's, too!).
