Hello - I bought some VSL products something like 15 years ago and used them with the Vienna Key for a while. It’s been years since I’ve used them, and now I’m trying to get them going on a new computer. I have all the content files, I have my serial numbers, and I have my Vienna Key. But when I enter my serial numbers online to connect them to my account (which I just created), it says they are already assigned to another user (my former self). I’m pretty sure my account from 15 years ago probably used my school email address, which I can no longer access. How can I recover my account and licenses? Thanks for any help!
