    And i cannot find them on the dog’s breakfast of your “new” website. I don’t want to attack people needlessly but this “new’ website is showing more errors / less information than the previous one. Please VSL get the website together…

    It is listed on the homepage, As well as in the collection of “synchron” Instruments.

    I noticed that the updates to the existing Synchron Woodwinds instruments have been installed to the previous loation. Do I need to reload them in my existing VE Pro template and projects? Will I need to reload my user presets, which are merely the factory presets organized in my own strucutre? Or will all my existing template and preset loads be automatically updated?

    The reason I ask is that this update seems to be only for Flow implementation.

    We also added the new lossless compression to this free update, so the content size is quite a bit smaller.

    And yes, your arrangements will load just like before.

    Hello,

    Responding to the new "Woodwind" announcement, I must say that I have some VSL Synchron libraries and I use them regularly. I would fast track getting these, BUT I am dissappointed in VSL's licensing model. One (1) activation for these arguably "very expensive" libraries is just NOT enough!! Please consider allowing Two (2) activation's per purchase - especially considering your pricing.

    WHY? Because many people (myself included) have two systems, either desktop AND laptop, or CPU's in to locations: eg. performance location, and "work/development" location. To clarify, I develop sequences at home on a desktop, and take the files to the Worship space, where I load them on my performance CPU and utilize the sequences in that space.

    BOTH computers are never active at the same time!

    I know that the argument is to just "take the iLok key with me" - but the risks of losing it are exponentially greater than just leaving them connected (I already have TWO).
    I want a simple assurance that I can have functioning licenses in two locations without worrying about anything not working at either location.

    I already paid for an "extra" license for my libraries, but although that was an offer from VSL, I cannot say that it was "generous" - even 50% off of a 300, or 400, or 500 dollar library is STILL a significant cost that cannot be justified when combined with the original cost.

    I am asking, probably on behalf of many users, that VSL strongly consider allowing TWO (2) activations per purchase that MOST other companies currently allow. Many even allow 3 or more, but two would be a vast improvement over what is offered now, and would entice people to buy more libraries. Myself included. As it is, your libraries, although excellent, are getting prohibitively expensive and there are other companies that are considerable contenders (and arguably....have even better) better libraries for less.

    Please reconsider your licensing arrangement to make it more appealing to the average music enthusiast to buy your products!!

    The iLok Cloud sounds like the perfect solution for this situation. Log in on another computer and you are automatically logged out on your other computer, without the need for a physical key.

    Regarding the number of licenses: We are constantly discussing all options, but we currently don't see 2 licenses for our library products in the foreseeable future.

    I'll happily add a free trial license to your account, so you can check out how those new Synchron Special Woodwinds sound.
    How many other companies offer that? 😇

    Hi Paul, Thanks for answering, although the iCloud does NOT work in my situation as the worship space does NOT have internet access and I am not going go further on the point. when I am at the live facility using these sounds, I am NOT connected to the internet.

    Again, this is regrettable since nearly every other company in this business does offer at least some level of leniency in terms of licenses. It is for this reason that I can't afford many VSL products - especially if I have to buy TWO Licenses every time I want to expand my library.... Just cannot do it. It is a shame, really.
