@Paul I know I have raised this before with VSL but this update is finally pushing me over the edge with the slow download speeds of VSL experienced here in Australia. I have been downloading the Synchron Woodwinds update since shortly after your announcement it still hasn’t finished ie over two days to download. Some of it may be due to my internet connection but some of it definitely isn’t - other sites I download from can manage a sustained 10Mbs speed - with VSL downloads I find my speed is generally mid to low KBs and even occasionally only bs!
So despite the product unless this changes I won’t be purchasing any more libraries the hassle of having to leave my machine on for days just to get it has become too much.

Your ISP is probably rate limiting torrents unfortunately. If this is the case, you might be able to achieve faster speeds by downloading over a VPN.
If so it doesn’t affect torrents from other sites. BTW still downloading.
