    I'm thinking of adding a new Mac to my Mac Based VEP set up. I'm looking at three possible options:

    Option #1: Blue iMac

    Option #2: 24 GB Mac Mini

    Option#3: 32 Core Neural Engine Mac Studio

    Costs aside for the moment, I'm wondering what experiences people may have had with any of these. Please let me know what experiences, considerations you may have to offer. Money aside, I just want to make sure to make the right choice for smooth operation of VEP. VEP can be a powerful but strange animal that many computer people do not have experience with. That's why I especially value your input. Please let me know what you think.

    Option 3 if money is no object. Then Option 2. FWIW, I can run everything plus some Valhalla DSP in VEP7, inside of one machine, including Pro Tools, all with a RTL of ~6ms. -But I don't add any plugins into Pro Tools until I'm ready to mix. IDK what your main machine is, but I'd be surprised if you couldn't run everything on option 3 as long as you had 64GB RAM and enough storage.
