I haven't had an issue on the past versions of the synchron player with the steinway D. I'm running all mics and I begin to hear crackling and insane slow downs on the newest version with only with the synchron player reporting 1500 voices present at the same time. I'm using this along side the Cakewalk DAW.
I used to manage to easily run up to 2000 voices before any stutters and crackling.
My specs are:
Ryzen 5 7500F
32GB 4800 MT/s
512 SATA SSD

What happens if you roll back to the previous version (available in the archive of the Vienna Assistant)?

I've since moved it over to an NVME SSD and I can play at the normal number of voices I used to. Though now it seems to stutter when the pedal is released and reheld. Could my issue be related to a degrading SATA SSD? It is only a few months old. I'll try with older versions of the player

ich habe auch ein Problem mit Knacken bei Synchron Strings Pro in Verbindung mit Elite Strings (mit Divisi...) Das passiert bei einer Battle-Szene mit Synchron Woods, Synchron Brass, Synchron Percussion I + II, Synchron Harp, Synchron D274.
Cubase 14 Pro zeigt im Performance Fenster keine Probleme an. Die Libraries sind auf einem Ryzen3590 mit 128 GB RAM mit VEPro 7.
Cubase ist auf einem 1 Jahr alten Intel i9 mit 96GB RAM alles SSD-Platten. DIe Verbindung ist 0,5 m 10 GBit-Leitung.
Könnt ihr mir irgendwie einen Hinweis geben, was das sein könnte?

It might be to do with latency issues of the network. It will always be slower than on a drive in the same machine
