    Since updating to 1.2.498 on Mac it no longer seems to know what's installed and what's not when it comes to VI files. It will even point to the installed files in the finder and think they are not installed. Attempting to "reinstall" or "uninstall" just hangs. The files all still work in VE7 Pro and VI standalone, but Vienna Assistant is lost in the woods. Synchron files seem fine.

    Hi! What happens if you use the "Add existing libraries" function in the Vienna Assistant menu when you point to the folder that holds all those installed VI libraries?

    Thanks for the followup. That function did reconcile what it thought was installed but it is still saying one of the libraries is "not installed" even though it also appears in the "installed" listing.

    In that case, it would be best to contact support@vsl.co.at if you want us to look into this. You can create a support file via the Vienna Assistant menu and attach it to your email. Best, Andreas
