after several updates (synchron player, some libraries) I have encountered the following problem:
some of my libraries do not load their samples for the chosen (factory) presets. I have everything installed on an internal ssd and all libraries are successfully downloaded, installed and authorized via ilok and have been working in the past. They are also set to the correct path in the database overview. Now there are only some of them that can load their samples - others do and I cannot see any reason why they do and the others do not. This always affects the whole library, so for instance Synchron Prime loads completely fine, while Synchron Brass doesn't load any samples. Presets show up with the according keyswitches and all can be loaded from all libaries without any error message except that there are no samples loaded. It happens to synchron libraries as well as studio series.
I cannot tell at which point it started to behave this way. The last times I mostly used synchron prime for sketching, which is working still, so I didnot notice the problem. Now when I am trying to work things out and switch to larger libraries but they won't load their samples, which is rather annoying as it makes the whole system unusable, as there isn't even any error message.
OS is WIN10, host is mainly Cubase Pro14 or Dorico Elements 5, all latest versions, but it also occurs with synchron player in standalone. Other libraries from different developpers and different players located on the same drive are working as expected.
Any known issues about this and how to manage?
