Can not open Vienna Synchron Pianos

After clicking start, it always gets stuck on this screen and a prompt pops up.

It used to start normally before.

What should i do ?

Although it sound stupid: I'd restart the computer and see if that helps.

Sounds like there's something blocking your connection to the iLok Cloud.

Actually，I have tried several times, but i don't know if it's a network issue, an iLok issue, or a vsp issue. Should I try reinstalling iLok?

Yes, try reinstalling iLok.
Also, check if there are any "security" or "optimization" apps running that might block the connection!
