    Hi, I am on the look out for a good chamber strings library (or at least one that has fewer player than a large symphonic ensemble) and really like Elite Strings. I already own Pacific, Vista, and CSS so plan to use Elite for the more intimate passages and/or to combine with the larger sections. I also currently own MIR 3D Pro and absolutely love it. If I were to purchase Elite Strings Standard and use just the close mics with MIR would I be able to achieve the same impressive sound as I would if I bought Elite Strings Full and just used their array of mics? I notice that just for the close mics the full library has the ribbon mics as well - don't know if using these with MIR would make any particular difference...
