HI all.
I know the topic has been hit multiple times in different flavour, but I already tried all the suggestion found.
Context:
mac mini 2018 - Ventura - to use as main computer, with Logic Pro
pc with 64 GB RAM, windows, to use a VE PRO server
gigabit connection through internal switch
Roughly 3'40'' of project, a movie to score.
Spitfire audio BBCSO, split in six sections inside VE PRO.
BBCSO optimized, loading only needed used articulations.
24 instruments total.
During normal editing/playing there are no issues.
But when exporting the tracks over the video, there are multiple dropouts for different instruments.
At the end, I had to export midi tracks to audio one buy one, disabling completely all others, and then mix them.
Nevertheless, sometimes I had to redo it multiple times because, even in such setup, sometimes I there have been dropouts.
I tried setting up Logic I/O buffer at 1024 / 6 processing threads / Multithreading Playback & Live tracks.
As per the VE plugin, I set 4 buffers.
I also tried with direct ethernet connection, but I did not saw any difference.
It is the first time I hit this problem.
I know it would be hard for anyone to give a solution, but I would like to ask what could be the best troubleshooting approach to identify the problem.
Many thanks!
