  • Link Sound Variations to Score Symbols

    Not sure what other DAW's may use the automatic articulation listing like Studio One does with Sound Variations, but what's missing in Studio One and VSL is also linking the Score Markings. If you're going to list all articularions you may as well also link them to Studio One score markings.

    Anyone writing in the score editor would still have to edit each sound variation to link the variations to score symbols which can be quite tedious. Simple example below with the limited articulations of Flow.

    My suggestion would be to just to do that in your presets so it's all setup. If doing it for the full library is too much, maybe just do it for Flow?

    As an additional note: When I changed all of my Synchron Prime presets to Flow, I lost all of the score bindings, but I went through the presets and did them again for Flow.

    I was lucky enough to have saved a template with all of the instruments set to Precision and all of the relevant Sound Variations linked to score symbols, so thankfully I was able to get all of that back from the template.
