    Annoying issue-F1 keys opens Safari to the Vienna web page, how can I stop this?

    I use the F1 in Digital Performer all the time, and very quickly. But if I have the VE Pro app as the front window, therefore IN focus, and I then hit the F1 key, it opens up Safari even if Safari was closed, and shows me the Vienna Webpage. I need this to stop! It brings up the Vienna webpage in front of all windows and that webpage becomes the focused window, Its ruining my work flow.

    F1 opens the help screen for almost every program. I do not know DP and I do not know why DP is not sticking to the standard behavior, but maybe you can assign the functionality behind F1 in DP to another shortcut?

    This would be a great time to use Keyboard maestro You can program a macro where F1 in VEPro automatically gets assigned to DP
    I also have the decimal point in VEPro mapped to Digital Performer as well as some other keystrokes that would fairly consistently crash VEPro…all mapped to DP, essentially re routing those keystrokes away from VEPro I also have the spacebar in VEPro mapped to DP
