Yes ! Probably I reinvented the wheel...but finally my staccato isn't too loud anymore ! pffffff...how :

In Sibelius Dictionary / Staff text / Stacc : choose "dyn rage" , combine sound id "staccato" with about 40% dun+attack...ready !
