Hi there, I am facing the same problem and discussed with Andreas from the support team. Actually the problem is not solved yet and it might be a problem with iLok. Today I´ve sent my request to the iLok support...
The only Free Instrument which is still working is "Jingle Bells/Pummerin", all other stopped working.
I´ve tested everything in the iLok License Manger:
- deactivate the license
- reactivate
- moving a license from computer back to the account
- checked Security settings on my Mac ...etc
-> nothing worked.
The details in the instrument point out the license is still active on the computer (although it has been deactivated with an "Ok" message). But in case there is no license available in iLok or deactivated the instrument does not appear in the synchron player.
Let´s see what happens and if I'll receive an answer from iLok support...I´ll let you know here
