    Hi there,

    maybe someone made the same experience. Until now I got no solution to this from the support.

    Sequoia 15.2 on MacMini M4. Vienna Assistant starts the download, but the file then disappears.

    The only way to save is, to make at once a copy, when the file shows up, before it disappears.

    See the screenshots. No idea what is causing this strange behaviour
