    I've used Vienna Assistant to install Vienna Instruments Pro and Special Edition 1 and 2 libraries. When I open Vienna Instruments Pro, nothing shows up. Vienna Assistant is configured with the correct library path.

    Same issue when I attempt to open Synchron Player. No libraries show up

    This is really basic but have you activated the iLok licences? A couple of times I've bought a new library, downloaded, all shows up fine in Assistant but not in VIPro or Synchron Player, I've scratched my head and then realised I've forgotten to run the iLok Licence Manager and activate the licences.
