    Hi there,

    I Installed "Vienna Synchron Pianos", and the Steinway. When I double-click (for instance) "Intimate Room-Mix" the sounds do not load.

    The sounds are on an external SSD HD. I have a Mac Studio M2 Max. I think (am not sure) that I do not have to (de)select 'Rosetta'.

    Because when I select the DAW program (Vienna Synchron Pianos) with cmd+I, there is not the possibility of (de)selecting Rosette...

    When I play my synthesizer I hear my synthesizer, but not the Steinway ...

    I do not understand why the samples do not load. Is there somebody who has an idea what might be the problem?

    I had a similar issue where the samples didn't load I just downgraded the library version and It started working again
