    hi there, i can't load any of my pianos, the moment i select a instrument or a preset, it crashes, i even tried the standalone software but nothing changed, right now i simply can't use my synchron pianos at all.

    Please get in touch with our support@vsl.co.at and include any crash reports you have. The more information the better.

    thanks paul, yea it's not fun to see synchron piano player isn't working a few days/weeks before you release the new piano😤😂
