    I've been using VSL for a few weeks now and it has been completely fine, no crackling or pops unless I turn my settings to ridiculous settings. These are my current settings.

    I have been using these settings the entire time and have not had a single issue. But all of a sudden, it crackles and pops immensly.

    I have 32gb RAM, and I'm loading from an SSD

    When I'm not doing anything it looks normal, but when I for example play a glissando, this is what task manager reports

    This is just wrong. and should not be happening.

    I have an intel i5 10400, 32GB 2400MT, GTX 1650SUPER.

    Why am I getting these crackles all of a sudden???

    Had a further look and it doesn't seem to have a problem when I'm using the Synchron Player standalone. I'm using Cakewalk to load it as I need the better response time

    Turns out the problem is fixed when you uncheck "Enable Multicore Processing" and re-enable it with a restart of whatever DAW you're using. Hopefully if someone has the same issue they can find this thread.
