    I purchased Synchron Percussion II and installed it in Vienna Assistant. Other sound sources work fine, but the percussion sound source has no sound. Why?

    When you say other sound sources, do you mean other libraries in Synchron Player? Does Percussion II show up in the Synchron Player?

    yes, Synchron woodwinds and Synchron strings and the other libraries work fine. When I use percussion II, the volume is 0 in the mix interface.😭

    Just to make sure you did activate your license in iLok for this library? Normally you would not see the library if that is not done but you never know.

    What volume CC7, Expression CC11 and Modulation CC1 show during playback in the SY Player instance where you loaded Percussion II?
