    Hi Everyone,

    I just downloaded and installed Prime Edition trial version and I'm stumped on what to do next. Tech support said they deposited a demo license in my iLock account. I can see it is there online, but not in my actual iLock manager. Prime doesn't show up in Synchron Player so far. The email they sent said there would be instructions, but I didn't see any. The library is installed on a separate SSD, but I just can't get in to show in the player.

    Thanks for any suggestions, I'm a bit stumped.

    I got my problems solved after I finally found the installation guide and a good ole' restart. So far everything seems to be working. It turns out hadn't activated the license in iLock. Whew!

    I have another quick question. I got everything working great. Prime Edition is incredible so it's a must buy!

    One main reason I purchased it was to have a portable system on my MBP that I could use to demonstrate orchestration in my college theory classes. From what I researched, the best way to have a VSL library on two computers is put the license on my physical iLock. Currently all my VSL licenses are on the cloud iLock. Before I mess things up, I just want to make sure that all I have to do is drag Prime Edition license to the physical iLock in the application and then plug the iLock into my laptop.

    Thanks for suggestions or pointing out anything I'm missing. I have now everything downloaded on my MBP.

    Aaron just use the iLok Manager programme to move the licences to where you want them ie physical iLok or Cloud.

    Just a beginner
