VIENNA50/40/30 not working for me

Well I tried to use both the VIENNA50 and the VIENNA40 codes on a variety of different products:

Synchron Strings Pro / Studio Woodwinds etc

When I apply the Voucher all that happens is a small dialogue appears with a timing bar saying:

Promotional Code ****-****-*-* not applied

Once the timing bar hits zero the dialogue box closes.

Any ideas ?
